Finding a pet-friendly apartment can be tough. Here at Morningside Courts, we certainly understand how important it is to have your companions by your side. That’s why we are a pet-friendly community; we love your pets as much as you do! Pre-approved pets are welcome in all residences.- 2 pets
- 50 lbs. weight limit
- Pet Fee is $350.00 per pet
- Pet Rent is $25.00 per pet
- Breed Restrictions Apply. Akita, Bull Mastiff, American Stafford Terriers, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Huskies, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Alaskan Malamutes, Bloodhounds, Doberman, Chow Chow, Cane Corso, Wolf-Dog Hybrid, and any mixed breed that includes restricted breeds, dogs with specific defensive or attack training, and any dog with a history of biting are strictly prohibited. Exotic pets and reptiles are also prohibited.
